This 7,500 square foot facility provides a variety of equipment and training options. Located conveniently on Route One in the Meadowbrook Plaza, Vanguard Key Club York has provided the community with the optimum place to meet all of its general fitness needs.
This location also provides a Hammer Strength Line of Equipment, full free weight and cable options and a cardiovascular section which includes Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers Upright & Recumbent Bikes, Spin bikes, Stepmill and steppers. FM Broadcast Cardio Theater systems are also installed on all TV’s. A separate fitness studio offers a place to stretch, utilize the medicine balls, stability balls and heavy bag in relative privacy.
